My fresh cranberry sauce recipe:

12 oz fresh cranberries

1 cup orange juice

1 cup sugar (or alternate sweetener) I use half sugar, half monk fruit sweetener - it cuts the carbs in half and has zero calories

1 cinnamon stick

Combine all ingredients in a large pot over med-high heat and bring to boil. Turn down to a simmer and stir occasionally unit the cranberries start to pop. Use a wooden spoon to smash the cranberries along the sides, and smash as many as you prefer. I usually smash at least half of the cranberries and leave the rest whole for a nice texture. Allow to cool and then ladle into serving dish or mason jar and store in refrigerator for up to a week.

Teddy Kong patch

So far so good with this hand sewn patch I do on Cooper’s favorite plush toy “Teddy Kong”. I used jean denim fabric and red jeans thread with a blanket stitch. I think it made the bear even cuter :)
